ARK is travelling open media and education vessel commuting between (original idea) Brazil, Europe and India, stopping at all possible harbours carrying a fixed number of crew, fixed number of long period educators, artists and researchers, and exchanging in each stopping point a number of short to medium period visitor researchers, artists and students.

One of discussed options:
connecting NGOs and institutions on all continents. Each of the institutions has a possibilities to write a project for collaborative work at fixed time at the ARK. Teams of scientist and artists work together on specific projects, research.
Themes: sustainability, culture exchange in free and open culture, autonomy, free media production, FOSS, agriculture, etc.
